Being aware of the 2011 November product recalls is critical to our lives. As consumers are constantly purchasing products from manufacturers with the faith they will work as stated. However, sometimes things go wrong and product recalls are necessary. We should be glad many of these manufacturers have the decency to recall their products that are not working correctly.

2011 November Product Recalls, November recalls, Consumers were warned about contaminated pine nuts, unapproved dietary supplements and fragile vases in November. Find out what other products were removed from shelves in the past month. pine nuts recall, virility max recall

2011 November Product Recalls

Let’s not waste anymore time beating around the bush. You came here to get the 2011 November product recalls and we are here to deliver them to you. If you would like to make any additions to the list or leave a comment, please feel free to do so in the comment section below the article. We love to hear from the readership, especially when you are the consumers of the products being recalled.

November 2011 Food Recalls

Unfortunately, there were quite a few food recalls this month, November 2011. This is one area we must pay a lot of attention to because the products are ingested into our systems and can cause immediate damage.

Rice-A-Roni rice pilaf milk recall + California and Arizona - These large, family-sized boxes of Rice-A-Roni were recalled this month. The reason given was an undeclared allergen in the food. Nothing has been specified at the moment, but we are sure more information about this should be given next month. Until then, please make sure you through out these boxes or return them to the manufacturer.

Gentes Foods Gordita Black Bean Tortillas Recall – Safeway and Pak N Save stores in California is where these products were sold. If you are in this area and purchased this product, then you are advised to get rid of it. There is a possible contamination to the product. Again, no specifics have been released at this moment, but it is advised people adhere to the recall.

Tabatchnick Yankee bean soup + olives recall + Clostridium botulinum – This product has been stuffed with olives which are great, but there is a possible clostridum botulinum contamination to the product, so consumers are urged to adhere to the recall.

Children’s Gear Recalls + November 2011

There have been quite a few baby cribs recalled this year and November 2011 seems to be nothing different. The Children’s gear recalls November 2011 is because of the Dutailier drop side crib. The body can become entrapped in the area perhaps choking, killing, or severely injuring the child. Therefore, it is advised you adhere to the recall of this item immediately.

Electrical Recalls + November 2011

What would be a product recalls list without at least one electrical recall on it? Incomplete would be the word that comes to my mind. As with all technology, something tends to go wrong all the time.

The Wolfgang Puck Electric Reversible Tri-Grill/Griddles recall is the item we are discussing this month. There have been four reports of electrical shock and two reports of melted plastic housing. Apparently, there is some defective electrical wiring in the product making it a serious fire hazard and one to be taken seriously. Please adhere to the recall immediately.

As mentioned above, if you have any additions you would like to make to the 2011 November Product Recalls list please feel free to do so. There is nothing better than a group of consumers banning together sharing information that could benefit one another. We feel product recalls are the type of information that should be shared, so please join in and listen to these warnings if you have purchased any of these products. - 2011 November Product Recalls

Biggest Toy Recalls Of 2011

We have seen an immense amount of recalls in 2011, but by far the biggest category is that for Children’s toys. In a roundup of the Biggest Toy Recalls of 2011 we take a moment to make sure you are up to date on which toys have been recalled so far this year.

Unfortunately, some of the biggest toy recalls of 2011 are making news. Many parents are worried about the recalls, but it is the informed that shall protect their children. These things happen from time to time, so please don’t panic, but pay attention to ensure you don’t pass along to your children something that might be harmful to them.

Let’s get down to business. The 2011 list of toy recalls are on some of the biggest names in the toy business. It is likely, depending on age, you children have been talking about one or more of these toys at one time or another. Please be sure to adhere to the recall if in fact they do have one of these toys listed below. Also, if you have additional toys that should be on the list, please feel free to share them in the comment section below the article.

AOSOM Recalls Wooden Playpens Due to Choking and Laceration Hazards

There were 5,000 units produced of the AOSOM Wooden Playpens. These are typical style playpens with four wooden sides made from pine, which is very nice and parents seem to love them. They have the expected gate with a latch. However, there is a serious choking and laceration hazards with the AOSOM Wooden Playpen, therefore, the recalls were necessary. This can be very dangerous to your child as they are very active and curious at this age.

The recall date of March 3rd, 2011, was hopefully observed by all of the people. However, if this is the first time you are getting this message, then please make sure you adhere to the recall and take this product back ASAP!
Bravo Sports Disney-Branded Pogo Sticks

The Bravo sports Disney-Branded pogo sticks are causing a serious concern in the market. There were 159,000 of these pogo sticks sold this year and they were recalled on July 29th, 2011. The Disney-branded pogo sticks contain a variety of colors and obviously possess the Disney label on them. The Disney label are between the two handlebars, very visible to your young child.

The hazard and ultimately the reason the 2011 recall is in effect is due to the rubber tip at the bottom of the pogo stick can wear out quickly. This creates a serious falling hazard to the child. In addition, the end cap on the handle bars can wear off as well creating a shar edge which could result in some serious injuries and lacerations.

There are been numerous reports, 82, of the rubber at the base of the pogo stick wearing off. There have been 5 reports of serious injury as a result ranging from a skull fracture to a chipped tooth. Please take precaution and adhere to the 2011 recall of these toys.

Ek Success Brands American Girl craft jewelry

The Ek Success Brands American Girl craft jewelry was a solid seller this year. There were 75,000 units made of the craft jewelry set, but they have been since recalled. The recall date was June 7, 2011. Made in Woodridge, IL, the product has been causing a bit of a stir leading to the recall.

The hazard created by the EK Success Brands American Girl craft jewelry set has to do with the outside coating of the beads inside of the set. It seems there is an excessive amount of lead in the coating. this is against federal law, therefore, leading to the recall of the product. It is better to be safe than sorry when it comes to lead levels in toys as children are prone to putting them in their mouth.

Fortunately, there have been no indication of damage or harm created by the EK Success Brands American Girl Craft Jewelry set as of yet. Hopefully, there will not be any reports of injury in the future either. If you have purchased this item for your child, please adhere to the recall.
